Lose Your Fat Butt Exercises

Here's how to lose your butt fat with some simple, effective exercises. Say goodbye to your fat butt once and for all.

Lose Butt Fat Exercises

1. squat

Squats are a great way to shape your butt, add some feminine muscle to your butt, as well as eliminate fat from your butt. There are numerous versions of squats. I'll give you a few of the best here....

Squat with weights... Use a barbell and squat down so that your upper thighs go below parallel. The lower you go, the more it focuses on your butt instead of your legs. I recommend you do 5 sets of 10.

Wall squats... Find a wall and put your feet about 18 inches out from it, lean your back straight against the wall and squat down until your upper legs are below parallel.

Hindu Squats... I think these are the best for fat loss and shaping your butt fat into muscle. Without weights, squat up and down as fast as you can while swiping or touching your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. Do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Once you can do that, do 200 reps in 10 minutes or less.

2. deadlifts

This exercises tightens up your butt big time. Just pick up a barbell from the ground in front of you while maintaining a relatively straight back with your eyes looking forward. Do 5 sets of 10 reps and you'll get a really firm butt fast.

3. Isometric butt squeezes

This is great for shaping your butt. All you do is lie face down and squeeze your butt together as hard as you can for as long as possible. Do this for a total of 5 minutes a day.
