Losing weight can be very hard for most people because the primary thing you need to do is change your lifestyle and habits. If you've lived a sedentary lifestyle, and you've let yourself eat the wrong kinds of foods, you'll need to start changing those habits in order to lose weight. Instead of sitting in front of the TV with potato chips, pretzels, and soda for example, now you'll need to start getting up, moving around, and maybe even warning to the gym.

When you first decide to lose weight it can be exciting. You have dreams of a slimmer and sexier body, and being able to fit into smaller clothes. As time goes on however, the reality starts to kick in and you realize losing weight is not exactly easy. And to make matters worse, changing old habits is not easy either. And this causes you to lose motivation with your weight loss goals.

Here's how to lose your butt fat with some simple, effective exercises. Say goodbye to your fat butt once and for all.

Lose Butt Fat Exercises

1. squat

Squats are a great way to shape your butt, add some feminine muscle to your butt, as well as eliminate fat from your butt. There are numerous versions of squats. I'll give you a few of the best here....

Squat with weights... Use a barbell and squat down so that your upper thighs go below parallel. The lower you go, the more it focuses on your butt instead of your legs. I recommend you do 5 sets of 10.

Wall squats... Find a wall and put your feet about 18 inches out from it, lean your back straight against the wall and squat down until your upper legs are below parallel.

Hindu Squats... I think these are the best for fat loss and shaping your butt fat into muscle. Without weights, squat up and down as fast as you can while swiping or touching your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. Do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Once you can do that, do 200 reps in 10 minutes or less.

2. deadlifts

This exercises tightens up your butt big time. Just pick up a barbell from the ground in front of you while maintaining a relatively straight back with your eyes looking forward. Do 5 sets of 10 reps and you'll get a really firm butt fast.

3. Isometric butt squeezes

This is great for shaping your butt. All you do is lie face down and squeeze your butt together as hard as you can for as long as possible. Do this for a total of 5 minutes a day.

Weight Loss Miracles - Don't Fall For This, They Don't Exist

If you've ever watched TV or surfed the internet, you've probably come across an ad promising miraculous weight loss results. Why wouldn't advertisers promise this; it's what everybody wishes deep down were possible, fast easy weight loss with no effort.

Well, it isn't possible.

Sorry to break it to you, but I doubt it's much of a shock. Because if you've seen these promises, chances are you may have been taken in and bought their products, only to have them fail.

Think of it this way: Your weight gain took place over possibly many years, so it's obviously going to take a substantial amount of time to undo this. The faster you understand this, the better your chances are of seeing real weight loss.
